Warranty Policies

Allgen Computer Warehouse(ACW) is committed to providing quality Systems, Parts, Accessories, and Service to our Customers. It is, however, it is important for all of our customers and potential customers to take a moment to read and understand our warranty policies. Service Policies

Service is Non-Refundable, whether attempted or completed.  Any additional parts or service will require the verbal approval of the customer before service is performed.  AllGen is not responsible for the working condition of any system, or parts thereof, which has been checked in for service in an inoperative state.  Service Personnel will assess to the best of their abilities which part(s) or software is causing any problems related to the service requested. Virus/Spyware removal may not repair all problems and may require Operating System to be reloaded. In such cases, additional charges may apply.  All hardware repairs carry a 30-day warranty.  Installation of new Allgen parts will carry a 90-day warranty on service and immediate parts exchange. There is NO WARRANTY on Software Configuration. ALLGEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOST WHILE EQUIPMENT IS BEING SERVICED.  Customer should backup before checking equipment in.  Service is performed in the order that it was checked in relative to other service orders received.  Paid Priority Service will be begin immediately following Check-in; however, completion time may vary depending on complications that may be encountered during servicing. 

Verbal Authorization for additional charges for Parts or Services (VIA Phone) will suffice for continuation of services by AllGen Service Personnel at the rate/charge agreed to with said Verbal Authorization.  If  changes are made or an attempt is made to cancel services that have already been performed, Customer will be responsible for payment of those service rendered.  A Lien will be placed on the above mentioned equipment to secure the amount of payment due.  AllGen is not responsible for Loss or Damage (including data loss) to items that are brought in for service in the event of Fire, Theft, or any other cause.

Business Credit

Online Purchasing Terms

Payments for online Shopping Cart are made exclusively with PayPal. All online customers are required to have a Confirmed Address with their PayPal account(s). ACW will not ship to an unconfirmed address. Anyone wishing to make a purchase who does not have a PayPal account, or who does not have a confirmed address, can contact us by phone and place orders using a credit card or other means of payment. Payment options may be discussed when calling. Shipments will only be sent to addresses that are confirmed billing addresses of credit cards used to make purchases. Orders paid by Personal Check or Money Order will require that checks clear the bank before shipment is sent.


All online orders are subject to the above warranty and return policies. Please review these policies before making any purchases. Shipping charges for Shopping Cart are calculated based on shipments to the continental United States (does not include shipping insurance or shipments to HI,AK,AS,DC,FM,GU,MH,MP,PW,PR, OR VI). Shipments to other U.S. territories will incur additional shipping costs. We will not ship internationally. On occasion, actual shipping charges may vary, depending on the weight of the item(s) purchased. In the event that our shipping calculator fails to determine the proper shipping amount, ACW may contact you, prior to shipment, with additional shipping charges or refund for overpayment of shipping charges. ACW does not guarantee that it will automatically refund overpayment of shipping charges, so the buyer should bring any discrepancies with said charges to our attention within 60 days of purchasing. In the event of a return, buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred with shipping it back to ACW. If the item is found to be warrantable, then ACW will pay the shipping charges for returning a replacement item to the customer. Otherwise, ACW will issue a refund in accordance with it’s return policy or send the item back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event, that an item becomes lost in shipment, ACW will investigate the matter within a reasonable amount of time before considering a replacement or refund, which will only be considered if ACW is largely at fault for the loss . It is the responsibility of the buyer to request shipping insurance for the shipping of any item he/she feels the need to insure. If insurance is not requested or purchased, ACW will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or rifling caused by anything or anybody outside of our facility.

Selling or Trading

All items considered for trade-in or purchase by Allgen must be declared as the property of the seller. Seller/Trader must complete a Purchase Agreement form and be prepared to submit identification to confirm that all information provided is accurate. Any items valued above $25 will require that we make a photocopy of the Seller’s ID to accompany the form submitted. Allgen DOES NOT purchase items of questionable origin (i.e. Stolen, Counterfeit, Leased, etc), and will aid the authorities in apprehending any individual(s) who sells or attempts to sell such items to Allgen.
