Over time your computers parts will break down, stop working, and become outdated. AllGen will take your old and broken computers and recycle them. Recycling your system has many benefits! You can free up space in your closet or garage and rest assured that your old equipment will be recycled properly, instead of ending up in a landfill. Any data left with the equipment will also be thoroughly destroyed prior to recycling.

I’ve been an AllGen customer since 2000 from when they were still in their old location. Much of their team are the same great folks and all the new staff are superb in their know how, awesome in their customer service and products! If anyone goes anywhere else to get advice or to buy a computer in San Antonio, that’s just plain silly.

I would prefer this place to anyone that I know that needs help with computer technology, I visited both sides the service department as well as the sales department and they were very knowledgeable and not competitive as far as trying to sell their own product but actually letting you know what is the best value for your dollar without being critical.

This is my kind of computer store. I needed a less-than-common cable, and after foolishly going to Target, Wal-Mart, and Best Buy, I called Allgen in advance to check if it was available there. The person I spoke with knew exactly what I was talking about. They had the cable in stock for a reasonable price. When I arrived in person I saw a great collection of products at decent prices. It’s too bad that these kind of places are so uncommon anymore, but I hope these guys are around for many years to come.
